The process usually includes three visits. First, we analyse the property and decide how it should be presented. This can be done during a visit, or in some cases based on photos or video and the floor plan. Next comes the installation and styling, where the furniture and accessories are placed and the home is fully prepared for the market. At the end of the rental period, we return to collect everything again.

 

In most cases, the entire process from first contact to installation can be arranged within one week.

 

You can decide whether you would like to be present during the visits, but this is not necessary. Access can also be arranged with a key pick-up or through someone who can let us in.
