The full step by step process is explained on our “How it works” page, including what to expect at each stage.
We only require access to the property and expect it to be clean before we begin.
If there is existing furniture you don’t want present during viewings, this should be removed before the staging day. We don’t move or store current furniture, but we can connect you with one of our trusted partners who can assist.
Everything related to the staging is handled by us, and we always leave the property neat and tidy afterwards.
The furniture can be rented for a minimum of two months and can remain in place until the property is sold.
After the first two months, you can extend the rental on a monthly basis. We will contact you one week before the end of each agreed rental period to ask whether you’d like to schedule a pick up or extend for another month. Extensions are always arranged in consultation and are never renewed automatically.
If the property is sold before the end of a rental period, simply contact us to schedule collection.
There is no notice period. Please note that remaining days within a rental period are not refundable.
Accidents can happen. If something unexpectedly gets damaged, please contact us right away so we can repair or replace it as quickly as possible, allowing you to continue welcoming viewers with peace of mind.
Yes, of course! An initial consultation can be arranged free of charge. Simply use the contact form below to schedule a call.
Usually within a few days up to one week, depending on availability and property size.
