Property Analysis

During the property analysis we visit the home to see the property in person and determine how it should be presented.

Because we see the home for the first time, we look at it the same way a potential buyer would. We walk through the property and analyse how the layout is experienced, what draws attention and which rooms need a clearer purpose.

For example, a room that feels obvious to the homeowner may not be clear to someone seeing the property for the first time, especially when it is empty. When each space has a clear purpose, buyers better understand the value of the property.

Based on the introduction call and what we see during the visit, we identify what may be holding the sale back and determine which rooms should be staged and how the home should be presented.

At the end of the visit we explain the staging plan.

In some cases, when access is not possible or when the owner is based abroad but you still want to move things forward, the analysis can be done remotely based on clear photos, video and the floor plan. Although, an on-site visit is always preferred for the most accurate analysis.

Preparing

If we agreed during the first visit that certain furniture or personal items should be removed for the best result, this is the moment to arrange that.

The only other thing is that the property is left clean enough for viewings and that access or keys are arranged for the installation day.

Meanwhile, everything else is taken care of by us. We develop the agreed concept into a detailed staging plan, select the furniture and accessories, and organise transport and logistics, so the staging day runs smoothly.

Introduction

In most cases, the first meeting takes place by phone or video call. This conversation is, of course, without any obligations.

During this call you can ask any questions you may have. It also helps us understand your situation, the type of property and the reason you are considering staging.

We explain how the process works and what you can expect.
