The starting point of every project is our standard plan, which includes the full staging process for all key rooms of the property.
If the property has additional rooms that are not included in the standard plan, the package can easily be extended by adding more rooms to show the full potential of the home.
Below you will find all options and prices.
The prices listed are all-inclusive, this means everything is covered, from the analysis and staging to the furniture rental and collection afterwards.

Key rooms
Primary bedroom
Included
For example a bed with bedding, bedside tables and lighting.
Living room
Included
For example a sofa, coffee table, rug, lighting and wall art.
Dining room
Included
For example a dining table with chairs and plants.
Kitchen
Included
For example small appliances and textiles. If required, we can also install a full kitchen setup.
Bathroom
Included
For example towels and accessories for each bathroom.
Hallway
Included
For example a shelving unit or pedestal with a lamp and a vase.
Additional rooms
Single bedroom
€100,-
For example a bed with bedding, nightstand and wardrobe.
Double bedroom
€150,-
For example, a bedroom with a double bed, or with a single bed combined with a desk and wardrobe, depending on what suits the target buyer and the property best.
Other room
€100,-
For example wardrobes or a desk and chair, to present the space as a functional room, such as a home office, dressing room or guest room.
Additional months
The standard plan and any additional rooms include furniture rental for up to 2 months.
If you want to keep the furniture longer, the rental can easily be extended per month.
The cost for each additional month is:
